The Apprenticeship Program at FCCI is designed for recent high school graduates from local Sarasota and Manatee schools, providing them with an opportunity to begin their professional careers while pursuing an Associate Degree from the State College of Florida. The apprenticeship spans over two years, during which apprentices will receive competitive compensation and a flexible schedule to accommodate their class schedule.

During the program, apprentices will work 20-25 hours per week at our Sarasota home office while maintaining school full time. This program will begin in late summer 2026.

Qualifications Experience Required * Manatee or Sarasota County high school senior graduating in May of 2026 * Minimum 3.0 GPA * Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgement and decision-making.
