What We’re Looking For

Are you an experienced Bilingual (Mandarin and Cantonese) Insurance Advisor looking to grow their career? If you’re a self-motivated and sales-driven individual seeking work-life balance and a team-oriented culture – YOU can be our next Insurance Advisor, Client Service Centre.
 

Our Client Service Centre is a contact centre that services clients all over the Lower Mainland. Whether it’s over the phone or through email, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. This role offers the option of a compressed four-day work schedule, This is your opportunity to become part of an industry leading team today!

Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License

• 6+ months of previous insurance experience

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese
   

A Day in the Life

• Be a part of the team that services over 100,000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region.

• You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby.

• Whether it’s over the phone, through email or even our text messaging program, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs.

• Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9a to 5pm. Closed Sundays.

The expected salary range for this position is $41,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
