About the opportunity
We are taking a holistic approach to our journey toward process excellence, grounded in a federated operating model that accelerates continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This role is part of the Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area.
This role is accountable for the development/authoring and maintenance of standard operating procedures, quick reference guides and other visual guides that fit for purpose, target business needs and aligned to enterprise standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quick reference guide and other visual guides.
- Under the direction and guidance of the Process CoE, may require to provide coaching to stakeholders to uplift capabilities in authoring standard and best practices.
- Support COE and BU Process Excellence team in implementing knowledge management governance and framework.
Essential experience:
- Min 5 years’ experience in the knowledge management field, preferably within manufacturing and supply chain.
- Extensive experience in application of knowledge management principles and tools within an operational and / or logistics environment.
- Experience in working with external vendors
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good understanding of the complex competitive logistics / supply chain environment, and what effective knowledge management can enable.
