Our Team:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi, Globally.

Main responsibilities:

·       Design and develop engaging instructional materials and e-learning modules.

·       Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.

·       Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.

·       Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.

·       Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to improve training materials.

·       Maintain project documentation and manage timelines effectively.

About you

Experience Required

• 1-3 years of experience in Instructional Designing

• Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality learning content.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams,

Education

·       Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

·       Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is a plus.

Technical Skills:

·       Basic proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and Rise.

·       Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Photoshop).

·       Understanding of SCORM and xAPI standards.

·       Basic video editing skills (e.g., using Camtasia or Adobe Premiere).

Soft Skills:

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

·       Time management and organizational skills.

Language

• Fluency in English is required.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
