What You Will Do

In this role, you will: 

  • Assess learning needs and identify knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with experts to plan and develop solution(s).
  • Create appropriate and relevant learning material based on the identified solution, and propose revisions to the existing curriculum where applicable.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning efforts against business performance targets.
  • Align learning goals with departmental and company roadmaps through productive and collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve the overall learning experience.
  • More focused program design and delivery.
  • This role requires in-person work.
  • Reports to the Senior Training Manager and works collaboratively with Operations leaders.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs) on timely delivery of training materials following timelines set by stakeholders.
  • Follow protocol to maintain the strict security and privacy of Boundless.
Who You Are

You will focus on creating engaging learning experiences by developing a wide range of learning materials for virtual, self-paced learning; instructor-led training programs; and performance support tools to facilitate learning. You will be part of a larger effort to help close performance gaps by working closely with subject matter experts to create storyboards, applying iterative learning models and tools.


What You Bring
  • Experience using eLearning authoring tools.
  • Experience managing courses using an LMS platform.
  • At least 1 year of instructional design experience in related fields.
  • Experience with various training methods (e.g., in-person, online, workshops).
  • Experience managing or creating modules via e-learning platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis and proposing solutions.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
