We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective learning experiences across various formats and platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology integration to create impactful educational programs that meet the needs of learners and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Instructional Materials: Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning solutions, and job aids.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough learning needs assessments to determine learning objectives and identify knowledge gaps.
Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive curriculum, course outlines, and instructional content that supports both individual and organizational goals.
Multimedia Integration: Utilize various technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), graphic design tools, and multimedia production software to enhance the learning experience.

Evaluate Learning Programs: Conduct assessments and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Revise and improve content based on evaluation data.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business needs and objectives.
Maintain Course Documentation: Ensure that all instructional materials are well documented and kept up-to-date with current content, tools, and industry standards.
Instructor Support: Provide training and support to instructors or facilitators, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design, learning theories, and training best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience in developing learning materials.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies.
Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360,Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course deployment, tracking, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centered training solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Blended Learning and Virtual Classroom environments.
Familiarity with gamification and mobile learning strategies.
Graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
Certification in Instructional Design, eLearning, or related areas (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
Experience in UX/UI design for educational platforms or courses.
