About the Role:

The Instructional Designer is expected to help build a high-impact training content by using project management principles to manage the design process and partner with lines of business leaders to develop, implement, and revise training materials in the eLearning, ILT or blended learning modalities. This role is on-site full-time in our Phoenix office.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives
  • Design and develop instructional materials that align with learning outcomes and engage learners
  • Create interactive eLearning, ILT blended modules and other multimedia tools using various authoring tools 
  • Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with instructional design leadership prior to the start of training design
  • Stay current on industry best practices in instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to strategically align content with department goals and training requests
  • Partner with the training facilitation team to ensure all content reflects the current standards of each line of business
  • Partner with instructional design peers and management to collaborate on content development initiatives


What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field
  • Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and AI Based tools)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Certification in Instructional Design, Training or related L&D field
  • Stakeholder management experience across departments to ensure project success.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies effectively when designing content.
