The common core may cover leadership, sales, marketing, finance, customer experience, call handling, people management, operational planning, and other foundational business practices. Contracted partners lead the initial curriculum design; the training team delivers the learning and owns the curriculum after handoff.

  • Revise content based on learner evaluations, assessment results, and facilitator feedback.
  • Partner with brand subject matter experts to keep learning content accurate as operations change.
  • Develop teach-back guides and certification rubrics with the Director of Training.
  • Maintain version control and current change logs for all assigned curriculum.
  • Keep training broadly applicable across the portfolio while equipping facilitators with relevant examples from different home-services businesses.
  • Collaborate with other instructional designers to define where common-core content ends and business-specific content begins.
  • Support learning for new franchise owners across the portfolio and maintain network classes focused on sales, leadership, call taking, and management development.
