Instructional Designer

We're looking for a talented, accomplished learning professional who is learner-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we train and develop our partners (Reseller Partners, Managed Services Providers (MSP), Distributors, Global System Integrators (GSI)).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Developing and designing partner training courses for a variety of training modalities, including on-demand (eLearning), live and virtual in-person experiences, peer-to-peer learning, and assessments.
• Working in collaboration with the Sr Instructional Designer in Bangalore, and global team to define course requirements, create course deliverables, and manage the work through, potentially including the delivery of the course. Key activities include:
• Developing creative training materials for partner audiences to enable them to perform their job effectively.
• Updating training materials and course catalogs based on the roadmap.
• Aligning training to company initiatives and product release.
• Leveraging knowledge of data storage, cloud and exercising the ability to stay current with rapidly evolving enhancements in the product, go-to-market strategy, and industry activities. 
• Demonstrated knowledge in some technical solution areas, including databases, analytics & AI, cybersecurity, virtualization and containers, etc.
• Bringing a creative approach to learning and teaching.
• Implementing review feedback by stakeholders, SMEs, and design managers to ensure high quality standards of deliverables.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience working in a product-based organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar field, or a completion of a certificate program would be preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years working in a curriculum development or instructional design role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including skills in collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help write, design, and develop, and manage projects.
• Experience working in a partner/sales enablement organization would be an add on. 
• Experience using content generation tools (Articulate Storyline360, Articulate Rise360, or similar).
• Experience in instructional design (Bloom's taxonomy, Gagne’s 9 principles, ADDIE, SAM, etc.), criterion-referenced instruction, performance-based delivery, and developing, leading, and implementing design projects.
• Skilled in the creation, implementation, and validation of assessments to measure the effectiveness of training to achieve business priorities and significantly impact results.
• Experience using video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar).
• Awareness of current instructional innovation and technology.
• Be able to use G suite applications (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with general principles of graphic design is a strong plus.
• Need to be present in the Bangalore office as needed (approx once a week)
