The role collaborates with multiple Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across divisions and geographies. An important part of this role is the management of the localization and translation process of international training materials.

This position also contributes expertise to an evolving learning ecosystem—including the LMS and knowledge management systems (KMS)—to deliver engaging, interactive channel training that supports international business growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

  • Administer training content in the Learning Management System (LMS)—including content publishing/configuration, user assignments, notifications, basic troubleshooting, and support of analytical reporting.

Quality, Data, & Improvement

  • Establish QA checklists; conduct peer and SME reviews; remediate defects prior to release.

  • Monitor LMS/LRS adoption/impact (completions, quiz scores, feedback).
