Position Responsibilities
Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
Minimum Requirements
This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience in Articulate preferred.
