Job Summary
As an Instructional Content Designer you will create, edit, and deliver compelling eLearning and third-party engagement content—spanning questionnaires, surveys and policy attestations—that strengthens third-party resilience across our clients’ value chains.
Owning the end-to-end content lifecycle (content intake, scripting and storyboarding, production, QA, version control, and deployment), this role ensures all materials are accurate, accessible, on brand, and client ready, with the ability to tailor standard modules to specific client requirements.
Working closely with Product Managers, internal and external subject matter experts, and other cross functional teams, you’ll translate complex compliance and policy materials—such as Anti-Corruption, Human Rights and Cyber Security topics—into engaging, scalable learning experiences that can be configured and reused.

What you will do
- Create, script, structure, and edit high-quality eLearning modules across key thematic areas such as Human Rights, Cyber Security, and broader third-party risk management themes.
- Convert policy documents, client materials, and subject matter inputs into engaging, accurate, and scalable learning content.
- Tailor standard eLearning modules to meet client specific requirements and support clients with content adaptations where needed.
- Utilise content creation and management, and AI tooling to deliver content.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and internal/external SMEs to refine and enhance learning content, questionnaires, and other engagement materials.
- Manage the creation and delivery of bespoke eLearning assets from client supplied content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Support the wider third-party engagement offering, including questionnaires, attestations, and related content used across the Ethixbase360 platform. Actively prospect for opportunities to build out an ever-growing course catalogue.
- Establish and maintain strong version control practices across all course files, questionnaires, and engagement materials to ensure accuracy and auditability. Contribute new ideas and solutions for process improvement.
- Actively engage in team discussions and offer insights for improvement
- Work independently and effectively in a remote environment, managing deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Project manage timelines, stakeholders and resources effectively.
- Represent the team positively and transparently in internal and external interactions.
Who you are
- Be a holder of valid documents with permission to work in the Philippines
- Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written
- You have 3-5 years hands-on experience creating, editing and delivering digital eLearning and other engagement content
- You possess a strong portfolio of work, showcasing real projects that demonstrate skills in creating effective, interactive learning experiences
- You are a born storyteller - strong writing, content creation, storyboarding and editing skills are key for this role as is research to underpin your understanding of the subject matter (in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts)
- Proficient with authoring tools, experience with Synthesia and/or Articulate 360 would be well regarded
- Higher education or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related fields is desired
- You may have prior experience in designing or developing surveys, exams and/or questionnaires – this would be well regarded
- You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting

This role sits within the Product Team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager UK/ based. The role will work alongside cross-functional teams based across the Philippines, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Singapore, United States and other locations.
