Serve as a trusted advisor for platform configuration, ongoing support, and new enhancements. Manage project deliverables, gather and document requirements, configure/customise EB360 platforms, and ensure platform maintenance. Provide global support across time zones, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

As a Due Diligence Analyst, you will conduct research on Third-Party risks, analyze data, produce reports, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.

Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers within a region; build territory plans and qualified pipelines; use CRM, sales intelligence and automation tools to outreach, follow up on inbound leads, set discovery meetings, and provide feedback to sales and marketing.

Support global marketing execution through content creation, Canva design, social media (LinkedIn) management, HubSpot marketing operations, webinar administration, analytics, AI-assisted content production, and event support. Coordinate vendor and budget tasks while maintaining brand standards and marketing calendars.
