Supports day-to-day People and Talent operations across Malaysia, including HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, recruitment coordination, employee queries, HRIS management, reporting, audits, policy support, surveys, and statutory compliance. The role collaborates with global People and Talent, payroll, finance, IT, and hiring managers while serving as a key contact for employee-related matters.

Supports the Principal Product Owner in gathering and validating requirements, creating epics and user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and participating in agile ceremonies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, clarify development requirements, support testing and UAT, identify workflow improvements, and prepare release notes and user documentation. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, organization, and experience in an agile SaaS environment.
