Über Sie und diese Rolle 

Als Instandhaltungskoordinator:in mit Schwerpunkt Analysentechnik übernehmen Sie an den Standorten Böhlen oder Schkopau eine Schlüsselrolle für die Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit von Online‑Analysensystemen in unseren Chemieanlagen. Sie gestalten präventive und prädiktive Instandhaltungsprogramme aktiv mit und tragen so wesentlich zu sicheren und leistungsfähigen Anlagen bei.

In dieser vielseitigen Position arbeiten Sie eng mit Anlagenpersonal, Engineering und externen Vertragspartnern zusammen. Sie betreuen relevante Systeme und Qualitätstools, unterstützen Audits und TÜV‑Abnahmen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung technischer Prozesse und Standards mit.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Erarbeitung, Koordination und Optimierung von vorbeugenden und gezielten Instandhaltungs-Programmen für Online-Analysensysteme
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungs‑, Prüf‑ und Fehlersucharbeiten inkl. Terminabstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Inspektions‑ und Wartungsplänen in SAP gemäß BetrSichV, DGUV, TRBS und Dow‑Vorgaben
  • Bewertung von Reparaturberichten, Wartungs‑ und Messprotokollen sowie Weitergabe an die technische Dokumentation
  • Betreuung des Analyzermanagementsystems sowie relevanter Qualitätstools
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen analytischer Ausrüstung und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Verfügbarkeitssteigerung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten, Großabstellungen, Audits und TÜV‑Prüfungen inkl. Abnahme externer Leistungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Automatisierungs-, Elektro- oder Messtechnik
  • Weiterführende Qualifikation als Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur, Bachelor
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im anlagentechnischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination technischer Schnittstellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Kenntnisse analytischer Messprinzipine und Online-Analysensysteme

  • Analytische Mess- und Prozesstechnik (z. B. Gasanalyse, Flüssigkeitsanalyse, Online‑Analyser)
  • Erfahrung in vorbeugende Instandhaltung analytischer Systeme und Sensorik

Skills Required

  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably in automation, electrical or measurement technology
  • Further qualification as technician, master, or engineer, Bachelor's degree
  • Several years of professional experience in plant technology, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Very good technical understanding and pronounced analytical thinking ability
