We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Install Sales Representative - Data Center to drive growth across the Benelux region. In this strategic role, you will develop and expand relationships with key data center stakeholders, including consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscale operators, and colocation providers. By leveraging Johnson Controls' comprehensive portfolio of Fire & Security solutions and broader building technologies, you will help position JCI as the preferred partner within one of the world's fastest-growing industries.

What You Will Do
As the Data Center Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships and driving sustainable business growth across assigned accounts in the Benelux market.
You will:
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and end users.
- Create and execute strategic account plans that increase market share, strengthen customer engagement, and expand the opportunity pipeline.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer growth initiatives.
- Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor by delivering compelling customer presentations, industry insights, and innovative solutions.
- Drive specification influence and early project engagement to maximize opportunities for Johnson Controls Fire & Security solutions.
- Collaborate closely with regional Data Center teams, local sales teams, engineering, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage opportunities, account plans, and customer interactions through Salesforce, Altify, and other sales enablement tools.
- Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities to strengthen customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular business reviews, innovation workshops, and strategic planning sessions with key customers.
- Provide valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

What We Look For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing complex customer relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French language skills are mandatory.

- Experience within Fire & Security, Building Technologies, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Center environments.
- Strong understanding of data center ecosystems and project delivery models.
