Role Mission
The primary purpose of the Insight Consulting Manager role is to lead client projects and deliverables from end to end, ensuring excellence throughout the entire process—from the initial planning stage to the final client presentation.
This position combines analytical judgment, a consultative mindset, strong market and FMCG client knowledge, cross-functional coordination skills, and a focus on business impact. The role acts as the link between client needs and final delivery, ensuring those needs are translated into relevant analytical approaches, actionable content, and recommendations aligned with business challenges.
Additionally, the role serves as a key reference point in content development, stakeholder management (both internal and external), and the development of more junior analytical talent.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Lead insight projects and client deliverables from end to end, defining work plans, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Organize and coordinate project kick-offs, understanding client briefs, clarifying business objectives, and aligning expectations with all involved teams.
- Align and mobilize cross-functional teams across the business—including Client Service, Expert Solutions, Operations, Quality, Data, Technology, and other departments—to ensure smooth and consistent project execution.
- Develop high-value analytical and consultative content, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights connected to client business challenges.
- Build the final project narrative, ensuring strategic consistency, visual quality, analytical rigor, and clarity of recommendations.
- Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to clients, adapting communication style to different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Coach, guide, and review the work of junior analysts, supporting their development in analytical thinking, storytelling, consultative skills, and delivery quality.

Your background will ideally look like this…
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in market research, consumer insights, consulting, FMCG, or consumer analytics, ideally with direct client exposure.
- Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality work on time and with business impact.
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset, with the ability to connect data, business context, and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Worldpanel tools, reporting platforms, or additional analytical solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and quality standards for analysis and deliverables.
Location: Madrid, Spain
Salary Range: €34K–€43K
