We are hiring for Analyst, Business Insights to provide analytic support and deriving insights from business and member data for our North American Sales and Operations teams.

The position will be based out of Dynata's office in Gurgaon (preferably) or Noida. The position is expected to work with schedule of US EST 9am - 5pm, but open for some flexibilities for ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business problem into analytic design/scope

    • Conduct data mining / manipulation scope and mathematical logics

    • Build SQL code to run query and generate data / report

    • Analyze report / data to conclude findings / learnings, and synthesize information into actionable insights, make business recommendation to business

    • Present analysis results / insights to business partners / management

    • Liaise with Technology department, Data Foundation team to translate analytical needs into data integration system / process / technology development design and collaboratively develop new analytic capabilities / tools

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other applicable quantitative discipline

Experience:

  • 3+ years in conducting SQL query to solve adhoc business questions (besides generating regular reporting)

  • 3+ years in data manipulation with large volume data

  • 3+ years experience with Power BI reports & DAX

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics role in working with multifunctional business partners

  • 2+ year of experience in predictive modelling and / or machine learning

  • 2+ years of Experience with customer behavior data

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Proactively challenge self to obtain and learn new technical and non-technical skills

  • Strong communication, cross functional collaboration skills

  •  Self starter
