We are looking for a Knowledge Management Associate to support the KM CoE Lead in executing the firm's enterprise knowledge strategy. This role will focus on operational execution, story development, AI-enabled content creation, and publishing, ensuring high-quality, reusable knowledge assets are captured and scaled across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with an execution mindset, comfortable working with structured and unstructured inputs, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to improve content quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
KM Execution & Operations

• Support day-to-day operational execution of firm level KM initiatives
• Ensure adherence to KM standards, templates, metadata, and governance guidelines

Content Creation & Editing

• Conduct structured interviews to capture insights, outcomes, measurable impact and success stories
• Transform ambiguous inputs into clear, audience-ready narratives
• Ensure alignment with organizational tone, branding, and KM standards

AI-Enabled Content Creation

• Use approved GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate content creation
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance

Content Publishing & Coordination

• Manage end-to-end publishing across internal KM platforms
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Data & Insights

• Analyze, interpret and present data using Power BI or similar tools

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information into compelling narratives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools and GenAI tools
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality

• Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
