What You'll Do
- Review, evaluate, and respond to inbound requests from prospects and customers.
- Provide initial product or service information and support in a professional and courteous manner, leveraging our AI tools and our technical teams.
- Assess the potential of each inquiry and qualify leads based on customer needs, potential revenues and markets.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and ensure smooth handover or collaboration with relevant account managers.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to nurture interest and advance opportunities using sales productivity tools in our CRM..
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed effectively.
- Identify patterns in incoming requests to help refine lead generation strategies and improve the webform-to-sales process.
- Suggest process improvements for more efficient handling of leads and inquiries.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are highly desirable).
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to recognize and qualify sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in the microelectronics, semiconductors, or high-tech B2B industry.
- Familiarity with global sales processes and working across regions and time zones.
- Proven track record of lead qualification and conversion in a technical or industrial sales environment
