This is a full-time, in-office, position M-F 8am-5pm, with additional hours as business needs require.

As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting with various sales-related tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.


  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop relations with key vendors to better position industry technology within company solutions.
  • Organize internal/external resources in response to customer/partner needs.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, provide product information, and assist with inquiries or issues.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for customers based on their requirements and in accordance with company pricing guidelines.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to support sales efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments or meetings.
  • May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
  • The customer/partner experience is highly dependent on the performance and accuracy of the specialist and as such, has a significant impact on the customer/partner relationship and the future spend with the company.


  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the Information Technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology hardware and services is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and can identify how these products and services align to customer needs
  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.


  • The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.


  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must complete drug screen upon hire
  • Must pass background screening. "Pass" for us, is defined as no theft related felony within the past 7 years.
  • The ability to speak/read English fluently
