The Opportunity
Join our Fire Suppression team in an Inside Sales & Customer Support role focused on pricing, quotes, and CRM-driven sales activity. You’ll support outside sales by raising quotes, following up on quotes, and creating/managing opportunities in the CRM, while delivering excellent service to customers and resellers. This role emphasizes non-technical customer interactions, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving to keep sales moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Prepare pricing for quotes and respond to pricing inquiries from customers and resellers.
Follow up on quotes to advance opportunities and convert quotes to orders.
Assist outside sales teams by raising quotes in the CRM and creating new opportunities; maintain accurate opportunity records and stages.
Liaise with customers, resellers, and internal teams via phone and email to resolve questions and maintain timely communication.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, responsive service.
Manage general administrative tasks to keep projects, accounts, and CRM data organized and up to date.
Support business development activities as needed.
Provide non-technical product information and guidance to customers, focusing on service quality and problem resolution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in internal sales, customer service, or administration; CRM experience preferred.
Strong focus on pricing, quotes, follow-up, and creating opportunities in a CRM system.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; customer-centric mindset.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Interest in fire suppression or building safety is a bonus but not required; non-technical aptitude is valued.
