What you will do
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Reporting to the Sales Manager - Fire Suppression Products, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly enhance our customer experience.
How you will do it
In this role, you will identify the required products based on customer needs, enter data into the SAP system, generate quotes for new and existing sales orders, and review detailed specifications to determine the precise build for applications. You will coordinate order processing, act as a liaison among customers and internal departments, field technical inquiries, and foster strong customer relationships. For more complex queries, you will collaborate with support personnel to deliver timely solutions.
You should be a proactive self-starter with a knack for problem-solving, driven by data and analytics. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, paired with a customer-focused mindset, will be key to your success.

- Fluency in English – written, spoken, and reading
