As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your role will be to listen, understand their unique circumstances, educate them on available options, and help guide them toward the right solution.
You’ll be part of a high-energy sales environment where your success is supported through proven processes, ongoing coaching, and a team focused on helping you reach your goals.
Compensation & Benefits- 15% commission on all closed deals

- Phone sales and inside sales roles
- High-volume call center environments
- Commission-based or quota-driven sales positions
- Tax relief, debt settlement, financial services, or other high-ticket sales industries
- Division I (D1) athletes

In-office position
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month

Skills Required
- Experience in phone sales or inside sales roles
- Experience in high-volume call center environments
- Experience in commission-based or quota-driven sales positions
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close deals
- Comfort working a competitive, goal-oriented sales environment with performance bonuses
- Availability to work in-office Monday-Friday with one half-day Saturday per month (Chandler, AZ)
- Experience in tax relief, debt settlement, financial services, or other high-ticket sales industries
- College graduate or individuals seeking to start/grow a sales career (including Division I athletes)
