Functieomschrijving
Als Inside Sales Specialist Peripherals speel je een belangrijke rol binnen ons Peripherals team. Je ondersteunt de Category Manager bij het verder uitbouwen van de business en bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze partners. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van opportuniteiten, offertes en verkooporders en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met partners, vendors en interne stakeholders.
Je combineert commerciële flair met een sterke servicegerichtheid en draagt actief bij aan de groei van het Peripherals businesssegment.
En daarnaast:
Volg je offertes, verkooporders en commerciële opportuniteiten nauwgezet op.
Ondersteun je partners met informatie over producten, prijzen, promoties en beschikbaarheid.
Volg je backorders op en zorg je voor een correcte communicatie naar partners.
Bouw je sterke relaties op met partners en vendors in samenwerking met de Category Manager.
Detecteer je commerciële kansen en speel je proactief in op upsell- en cross-sellmogelijkheden.
Signaleer je marktontwikkelingen, trends en projectopportuniteiten binnen jouw portfolio.
Werk je nauw samen met interne afdelingen om de best mogelijke service te bieden.
Zorg je voor een correcte administratie en opvolging in onze systemen.
