The Sr. Manager will oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, renewal and retention programs and performance management while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Experience teams, recruiting and Human Resources.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies that drive new business acquisition and customer retention
- Develop and drive actionable sales plans, targets, and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop inside sales managers and representatives to achieve consistent performance excellence
- Establish a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, coaching, and results
- Consistent partnership and communication with Marketing to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously improve sales scripts, processes, and tools to increase new business close rates and renewal rates.
- Lead renewal and retention sales efforts to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn
- Analyze churn drivers and collaborate across the business to improve retention outcomes, improve renewal rates and drive down customer cancel rates
- Consistently monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to track sales and retention performance and effectiveness
- Ensure accurate CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and reporting discipline
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance analysis
- Support executive leadership with insights on trends, risks, and growth opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of directly related experience (5+ years in a leadership/management role)
- Proven success leading inside sales teams in high-volume, consumer-focused environments
- Experience driving both new customer acquisition and retention/renewal sales
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, forecasting, and KPI management
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Familiarity with inbound/outbound call center sales environments
- Proven ability to drive strategic sales leadership

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
