SUMMARY: We are seeking a dependable and detail orientated Inside Sales Representative for lead follow-up, promotion notifications and new product information.

NO COLD CALLING

 

During a typical week you will be responsible, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Work with Client Managers to understand current promotions, special offers and inform customers of relevant product updates
  • CRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactions

The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrable attention to detail
  • Understanding of the importance of fast and accurate responses
  • Outstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and able to deal with multiple levels within organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset)
  • Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services
  • Stay informed about brands and products
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based software and communication tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a definite asset
