Inside Sales Representative

Location: Libertyville, IL | Full Time, On Site
The Offer
- Compensation: $70-80K base DOE+ uncapped quarterly commission and annual bonus - OTE Year 1: $95-110K
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

The Role
This is a high-activity inside sales position. You'll be on the phone consistently, working a database of 15,000+ contacts, converting prospects into members, and keeping current members engaged and renewed. If you love building rapport quickly, closing deals, and seeing a direct line between your effort and your paycheck, this is your seat.
- Make roughly 40 outbound calls per day, generating 6-10 quality conversations
- Work 30-40 new prospects per month from lead to close
- Guide prospects through the application process, walk them through the platform, and run payment
- Manage renewals and handle inbound inquiries from current members
- Serve as the bridge between members and vendors, explaining the value of the partnership network
- Stay in touch with newer members on a quarterly basis to drive retention
- Support monthly webinars and attend one annual trade show
The Requirements
- Have a B2B sales background and a proven track record of hitting goals
- Cold call leads without hesitation and bring energy to every call
- Highly organized to manage a high volume of accounts and follow-ups
- Receptive to coaching and applying feedback accordingly
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, technology, and basic math
- Having experience in the similar trades is a plus
