QSoftware is a business partner of Quest Software that offers Business Process Outsourcing for business services, such as sales, channel and alliance development, engineering support, professional services, marketing, and education. QSoftware has been contracted by Quest Software to provide exclusive Inside Sales Representative service to Quest Software for NOLA, among other markets.

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to convert pre-qualified sales leads and generate new business, ensuring that the established quota is reached. This role involves understanding customer needs, nurturing relationships, establishing partnerships with resellers, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and partners across multiple countries in the region, gaining exposure to diverse markets and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers and understand their needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers by making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to ensure lead conversion.
- Close sales and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to document customer interactions and track progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- Working with the ecosystem of resellers and integrators, in identifying new opportunities and follow up them to closure.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Enterprise Software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in English.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, at all levels of the organization and able to build long-term relationships with customers/partners.
