The role

Dojo is growing, fast. We’re disrupting the payments industry, and this is the perfect time to join our high-performing Inside Sales team. You will be at the heart of our growth, building strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses and turning warm leads into happy customers. Based in our London office with a hybrid approach, you’ll advise businesses on the best products for them, helping them to thrive.

What you will do...
  • Consult with business owners who are looking to set up or change their payment provider, turning customer inquiries into new partnerships.

  • Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets, negotiating deals that benefit both the customer and Dojo.

  • Oversee sales cycles of one to two weeks, keeping potential customers engaged throughout the process.

  • Champion an exceptional customer experience, using your product knowledge to provide a consultative and customer-centric service.

  • A consistent track record of success in a B2B telesales environment, with experience in exceeding targets.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a natural ability to build instant rapport and identify the best solutions for a business.

  • A consultative and customer-centric mindset, using empathetic listening to offer the best product and service fit for each customer.

  • A high degree of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude to help us continue our rapid growth.
