Our Inside Sales team in Kaunas is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, primarily in Germany, and engage in a variety of sales and customer service activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, research and problem-solving.
This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.
About the job:Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Germany (no cold calling is required)
Facilitate presales activities, manage, and track sample requests
Validate price offers for direct and indirect customers in CRM
Collect and analyze sales data for specific product groups
Follow-up on approved quotes, lost business, and end customer demand
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction to drive sales by understanding customer needs
Maintain communication between marketing and sales to meet corporate objectives
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a science field
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, strong basic knowledge of the German language
Very good Excel and analytical skills
Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize

The salary range is 1900 EUR gross – 2100 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
