The role:
Reporting to our Inside Sales Manager, you will increase revenue within your assigned geographic territory by developing, strategic relationships with existing and prospective salon partners. In close collaboration with your field team counterpart, you will implement customized sell-in and sell-through strategies tailored to each account's unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Growth & Relationship Management: Build relationships with assigned accounts to increase revenue and increase brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular outbound communication (call cycle) to share brand initiatives, marketing programs, and education opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new salon prospects to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Sales Support & Order Management: Manage daily order entry while identifying opportunities to maximize order size through promotions and sales trends.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely processing and shipment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and texts from customers and internal partners.
- Provide the best customer support, resolving inquiries and issues.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing product and promotional training to stay current on brand programs.
- Attend Sales Capability Trainings to enhance communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience
- Record of success in an outbound customer support environment
- Data Entry Skills
- Experience with excellent customer service
- Experience with analyzing reports to create revenue driving strategies with the data collected
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Positive outlook and optimistic approach to problem solving
- Highly Organized with the ability to proactively identify roadblocks to productivity
