Responsibilities include directing product design changes, resolving technical issues with customers and vendors, preparing reports, approving expenditures, developing engineering procedures, improving equipment quality and productivity, evaluating processes, and supporting project management and daily engineering operations. The role requires travel, including overseas travel and customer-site work.

Manages monthly financial reporting, global consolidation packages, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial data structures. Supports reporting projects, process improvements, Power BI reporting, SKU database maintenance, product launch tracking, royalty reconciliation, and ad hoc financial analysis. Requires advanced Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and experience with financial reporting; exposure to multi-country consolidations, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP, and EPM/BPC is beneficial.
