Job Description:

• Initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to inactive and existing Zep customers with the specific purpose of selling Zep cleaning products and establishing or maintaining customer relations.
• Meet and exceed all sales quotas and goals
• Establishing and building relationships with key contacts and decision makers within each account.
• Inbound and outbound prospecting calls for sales growth.
• Consistent follow-up on quotes and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships

Requirements

• High School diploma or eqivalent
• Previous work experience of at least 1-2 years, with a preference for Inside or Outside Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service or Call Center environments.
• Sales Training a plus.
• Experience with outbound account manager and/or customer service a plus.
