Our Sales team in Spain is expanding and we would need the support of an Inside Sales Representative, qualifying leads, prospecting and selling products/services primarily through phone and emails to achieve predetermined sales quota.
You will have a critical role guiding and advising customers and generating new business.
The office is based in Madrid, Spain. This is a hybrid position requiring to be in the office for 3 days per week.
Your tasks

Lead qualification activities, understanding potential customer needs and evaluating the fit to Kardex product portfolio.

Prospection activities (i.e. cold calling), identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer base.

Further development of current customer portfolio, by offering new solutions to the existing customer base.

Support the field sales team in the elaboration of proposals and documentation, and coordination of customer meetings.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Setup of new Inside Sales methodology, proposing new sales initiatives and strategies.

Monthly reporting of sales activities, according to company KPI’s.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Economics or technical related field

Experience in sales Back Office tasks.

Enjoy working with objectives and familiar with working under pressure.

Languages: Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese optional

Strong target-oriented mindset for B2B sales activities.

Technical background, able to support consultative sales based on customer needs.

Strong self-motivation for prospection activities (cold calling, emailing, etc.).

Processes-oriented person, ability to follow defined procedures and company guidelines.

Self-discipline, possibility to working remotely some days per week.

High communication skills, ability to deal directly with customers.

Strong know-how on Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce).

B2B technical sales experience would be an asset.

Experience with public biddings documentation preparation is an asset.
