Role Responsibility

Handle inbound prospective customer enquiries (through phone, emails or Web-shop) by providing best product solutions proposal, quotation and information for New Customer recruitment

Optimize business opportunities with existing or prospective customers by making outbound calls through providing more and better offerings and solutions
-
Maintain and foster strong rapport with existing customers and review customer performance and service levels on a daily basis. Work closely with field sales representative to maximize business opportunities.

Gather market and customer information for continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate
-
DSE graduated or above
-
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
-
Sales driven and customer service oriented
-
Positive, proactive and good communication skill
-
Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
-
Fair in both spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese
