Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at InterSystems, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.. Working closely with our cross functional teams, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers within their assigned territory. Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events to generate leads and create opportunities for engagement.
  2. Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, pain points, and objectives. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine how InterSystems' solutions can address their specific needs and deliver value.
  3. Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of InterSystems' products and solutions to prospects. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our technology can solve their problems and achieve their desired outcomes.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle. Utilize CRM tools and systems to track and update prospect interactions, manage tasks, and prioritize activities effectively.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers and solution architects, to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to prospect requirements. Lead negotiations and overcome objections to successfully close sales deals.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects. Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, guidance, and expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
