What We Need

NetBrain is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented software sales professional to join our organization as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for going after new enterprise customers for NetBrain’s unparalleled preventative no-code network automation solution. We need a coachable, passionate and hard working professional with a proven ability to achieve sales goals. Candidates should also have the capacity to learn and relay complex technical concepts. Computer networking sales specifically are not required but would be a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • You will exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Define and execute a business plan that outlines the target accounts and strategies for driving productivity and high-quality pipeline that ultimately results in predictable outcomes and over achievement.
  • Engage at all levels of a Global organization across IT and all other lines of business
  • Document, prioritize and support the pipelines of your assigned clients.
  • Increase sales by driving product adoption, managing escalations and thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain forecasts, ensuring they are accurately reflected in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing and technical subject matter experts to ensure product knowledge and use-cases are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and appropriate for customers.
  • Leverage partners to maximize penetration and scale within your target market.

 

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a closing role. Software industry is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is genuinely passionate about sales.
  • Have a proven track record of crushing sales goals
  • You are a coachable and competitive go-getter, a resilient achiever driven to win and excel
  • An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exposure to a CRM application (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities and accounts


What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.

For this role, the estimated total on-target earnings is between $110,000 - $150,000 + Stock Options. The actual OTE may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
