As part of our continued growth and desire to better serve our customers, Wurth USA has a new opportunity for Inside Sales Representative- Tandem. In this office based role, you will make high volume calls to achieve a sales target and support our sales force.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Place phone calls to active/inactive customers and customers in vacant territories to generate sales orders
  • Effectively develop rapport to establish potential client relationships
  • Follow up at Sales Representatives and customer request
  • Answer inbound phone calls in a timely professional manner.
  • Effective and professional communication with customers and Sales Force

Tasks and Duties

  • Print and review new orders
  • Review and enter email and telephoned orders
  • Answer customer and Sales Representatives inquiries
  • Communicate with other departments.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly contact with client.
  • Operate as a problem solver/facilitator
  • Make Outbound and take Inbound calls

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Familiarity and skilled in using computer system
  • Understanding of sales cycle
  • Organizational skills in task management
  • Effective communication and customer management skills
  • Ability to remain objective in stress situations.
  • High School Diploma
  • Trained in use of computer system
  • Product and sales training

Professionally and actively solve customer's immediate problems.
