Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for understanding and executing the Bugcrowd Business strategy by working directly with prospects, customers and with partners to grow and mature the adoption of crowdsourced security. The role will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and closing those opportunities. The role will be expected to collaborate and work with all teams internal to the organization that will enable the growth of opportunities and the Bugcrowd brand. This is a high-energy, fast-paced and evolving position, so you must be comfortable with change as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing information, and developing accounts.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Closes new accounts to generate revenue and surpass quarterly and yearly goals.
- Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in enablement sessions.
- Reports on metrics to measure performance
- Responsible for identifying opportunities and assisting Bugcrowd partners and account executives to develop and close those opportunities
- Work closely with procurement officials to influence and shape opportunities
- Lead full lifecycle capture and demonstrate successful winning tactical sales.
Experience, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
- Fluent English and French language skills required (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with using Google software, phone cold calling and email for pipeline generation activity
- Proven track record of developing and selling solutions
- Experience developing proposals and presentations and winning proposals
- Clear ability to train on technology topics
- A strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A charismatic, dynamic, extroverted personality.
- Understands how to establish and grow relationships while building a meaningful book of business and driving revenue.
- Very motivated and goal-oriented.
- Individually driven, but can work on a team as well.

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business.
The national estimate for the current base range for the position of Inside Sales Rep is $67,400 - $74,000.
This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
