Owns retention, customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and renewals for a portfolio of global B2B SaaS accounts. Builds executive relationships, monitors customer health and usage, leads business reviews, coordinates onboarding and technical delivery, resolves issues, communicates product value, and maintains account plans in Gainsight and Salesforce. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Shared Success, Product, Security, and Program Management to deliver customer outcomes and reduce renewal risk.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, serving as the primary contact and advocate throughout the customer lifecycle. Build stakeholder relationships, create customer success plans, drive platform adoption, conduct business reviews, monitor account health, mitigate renewal risks, and support retention and renewal execution. Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Shared Success, and Program Management to deliver customer value. The role is fully remote.

Own vision and roadmap for Bugcrowd's AI & Data platform to validate, deduplicate, aggregate, correlate, prioritize, and recommend remediation for security findings across scans, pentests, and bug bounties. Partner with engineering on recommendation engines, detection rules, and agent training while defining trust and scalability metrics.

Lead and run Bugcrowd's vulnerability management and security programs. Drive metrics, program reviews, and cross-functional accountability. Provide project leadership for multi-team initiatives, improve PM practices, mentor team members, and assist organizational tasks for security leadership. Liaise with engineering, product, and global teams to ensure security ownership and continuous improvement.

Lead and run vulnerability management and other security programs, drive metrics and accountability, coordinate cross-functional engineering and product teams, improve program practices and tools, and support security leadership with business operations.

Build scalable infrastructure and tooling to generate large-scale reinforcement learning environments from real-world vulnerability research. Design pipelines ingesting projects, analyze them with Bugcrowd systems, and construct RL training environments enabling models to learn vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and remediation.

The Enterprise Account Executive drives sales cycles and expansions, develops relationships with executives, and closes large deals, primarily in B2B SaaS for cybersecurity.
