Prepare provision for doubtful debt calculation
Generate and email Statement of Accounts to customers
Print filing of Statement of Accounts
Liaise with Accounts Manager a to fulfil customers' ad hoc request
Compile indrect tax information related to Accounts Receivable
Record and reconcile rebates
Prepare intercompany invoices
Prepare collection date for BNM
Pay special attention to specific accounts as and when instructed
Compile documents for legal debt recovery process
Maintain an up-to-date customer master data
Tax computation
Adhoc reports and assignments
Full set of accounts background
Have manufacturing experience
Knowledge in SAP
At least 5 years working experience
Qualification: ACCA, degree in Accounting or equivalent
Tax experience will be an added advantage
