What You’ll Do:
- Engage and educate prospects on how JumpCloud’s Cloud Directory Platform can solve their IT challenges — including identity, device, and access management
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demos to negotiation and close
- Manage a growing pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts to sales leadership
- Develop deep technical understanding of our platform and keep up with our fast-moving product updates and AI
- Work with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What Success Looks Like:
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed
- New logo count (# of deals)
- Quota attainment and consistent pipeline generation
- High conversion and close rates with qualified prospects
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SMB or mid-market
- Proven ability to close deals in a high-velocity, transactional environment
- Strong communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese and consultative sales skills with technical buyers
- Experience including but not limited to: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ChatGPT, Gemini or other similar prospecting and AI tools to manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (each verbal and written)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
