Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent work experience within the IT/Technology industry
- 2+ years general business experience with Supply Chain and International Business experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide leadership around complex global initiatives
- Ability to interact with customers and articulate WWT’s value proposition around global business
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours in support of international opportunities
- Experience in at least across 1 to 2 of our WWT/Partner systems Oracle, Salesforce, Cisco CCW, EMC Partner Central and WWT Quote System
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to provide & maintain a high level of customer service
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $57,600 to $72,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The GDS Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for consulting with International Engagement Manager, Account Teams and Customers to outline and execute on the delivery of global projects. The GDS Inside Sales Representative must be able to map project requirements to available global solutions sets within WWT. GDS Inside Sales Representative supports WWT account teams in the development of international price proposals based on the defined approach.
Responsibilities:
Sales, Customer Support & Quoting
- Respond to customer inquiries, quote requests, and order processing needs within defined service levels/timeframes
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned accounts (domestic and international) to ensure customer expectations are met
- Consult with Account Managers and International Engagement Managers to qualify and develop international opportunities
- Develop and recommend sourcing strategies for international opportunities, working with both direct and indirect sources of supply for efficient quoting and order processing
- Provide support for country-specific product and service delivery processes
Operational & Process Management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of WWT tools, processes, and partner-facing applications to build and validate technical/quote configurations
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of global opportunities through the full quote-to-cash cycle
- Work in Salesforce to document and deliver on customer opportunities
- Provide proactive account support, including order tracking and detailed reporting to stakeholders
- Provide quote support for international projects
- Identify and develop process improvements, particularly for international workflows
- Resolve issues and inquiries within defined service level agreements
Collaboration & Team Support
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal operations teams
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to support a high-performance culture and achieve financial targets
- Lead or support training programs for Sales Operations and Order Operations
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Inside Sales team members
