What you'll do:
You’ll start with intensive training through our Go-to-Market Academy, learning practical sales skills from experienced mentors. From there, you’ll take on real-world responsibilities, building towards leadership opportunities within two years.
- Learn how the FinTech & SaaS industries work across global markets
- Research, identify, and reach out to high-value target accounts
- Engage decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Secure meetings and demos for senior sales teams
- Join client meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
- Continuously refine your sales approach with support from experienced leaders
Requirements
- University graduate (any discipline)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (sales, client service, or similar)
- Strong interest in tech, startups, and sales
- High energy, curiosity, and persistence
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable speaking to senior executives
- Based in Cape Town or open to relocating
- South African citizen
