About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / BDR to support a growing residential property services company serving the Philadelphia market. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced sales environments, enjoys speaking with customers, and can confidently guide leads from inquiry to close.
You will play a key role in managing inbound leads, closing service bookings, supporting customer follow-up efforts, and helping maintain operational flow. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, organized, and comfortable handling consultative sales conversations independently.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
Answer incoming calls and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns
Understand customer needs and qualify leads efficiently
Respond quickly and professionally to maximize booking opportunities
Consultative Sales & Closing
Provide customized service quotes based on customer requirements
Explain pricing confidently and navigate discounts when appropriate
Handle objections professionally and close deals independently
Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering excellent customer experience
Client Follow-up & Retention
Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather customer feedback
Encourage online reviews and repeat business
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Light Dispatch & Coordination Support
Monitor automated text communications between cleaners and customers
Assist with schedule changes, delays, and cancellations
Help ensure smooth coordination between operations and clients
Recruiting Support
Conduct light outreach to potential cleaner candidates through Facebook and other platforms
Perform brief initial screening calls
Coordinate interview scheduling to support hiring needs
Qualifications
2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
Proven ability to close deals independently
Excellent phone presence and conversational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Preferred Experience
Service-based sales experience (cleaning, home services, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
Experience handling inbound sales pipelines
Familiarity with East Coast communication style and fast-paced customer interactions
Experience balancing sales and operational coordination tasks
