Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing customer quotations, managing follow-ups, and coordinating project activities from order through completion.
The ideal candidate brings mid-level experience in industrial sales or manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring responsiveness to customers and smooth execution of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely customer quotations based on technical and commercial requirements
- Proactively follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to drive conversion and maintain engagement
- Coordinate project activities between sales, engineering, production, and customers
- Track order status, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain CRM and internal systems with up-to-date customer and project information
- Assist the outside sales team with administrative and customer support needs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quoting processes, order management, and customer follow-up
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM (ideally HubSpot) systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with technical products or engineered solutions preferred
