Cabinetworks Group has an immediate opening for a Manager of Inside Sales that will help build and launch a newly created Inside Sales team.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Inside Sales with a passion for building high-energy sales teams. This team will be crucial to our strategy as we work to expand relationships with new and existing dealers, retail/home stores, and kitchen designers.
Your team’s focus will be to understand customer needs, grow targeted markets, and provide a positive buying experience for customers that enables Cabinetworks to grow market share.
The Inside Sales team will focus on the growth of our dealer and retail customer network. You will guide the team to deliver productive sales activities that drive sales revenue. This role will regularly collaborate with regional sales leaders and teams to ensure alignment across the sales regions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Build and lead a team of high performing inside sales representatives.
- Execute short and long-term business development strategies to increase customer base, expand brand presence, and increase market share.
- Achieve annual sales targets, market share growth, and profitability goals as defined by leadership. Accurately forecast progress towards annual and quarterly goals.
- Lead team to successfully develop and maintain a network of dealer and retail partners that provide full market coverage for market segments.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders and their teams to support customers and drive sales. Use team input to inform regional and company sales strategies. Work with Regional Sales Teams to develop and maintain market analysis for region.
- Ensure the team has the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively represent Cabinetworks Group in the market.
- Ensure all company sales, marketing programs, and product introductions are properly implemented and supported by the team.
- Participate in weekly regional meetings, cross-functional teams or planning teams.
- Establish and manage the team’s expense budget.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a strong understanding of market conditions, trends, and the competitive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in construction, home renovation, cabinetry, or related industry.
- 2+ years sales management experience with direct reports.
- Proven success within an inside sales function. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, nonverbal, and presentation); ability to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences of all sizes including employees, customers, and industry groups.
- Ability and willingness to periodically travel for dealer/contractor meetings. Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required.
- Conduct business with a high level of ethical standards and integrity
- Demonstrated planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong drive for results and consistently meets deadlines.
- Experience and competency working with technology to maximize effectiveness in sales role (Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce.com, and various software applications)
- Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
