Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record for driving sales teams to success. The Sales Manager position oversees the designated team of Directors (Inside Sales) to ensure the objectives for new physician enrollments and use of PatientPoint products are met. Bring your strong leadership skills, enthusiasm for coaching and skills development to a fun and supportive environment.
What You Will Do:
- Manage a team of sales specialists that contact prospects and clients through, but not limited to, phone, Skype/Webinar software, email to communicate opportunities and demonstrate PatientPoint products and features to key decision-makers at Doctor's offices
- Achieving growth and hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Owning coaching and performance management of sales representatives
- Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company
- Collaborate with other team management, customer service, design, support, product management, and account management to facilitate new programs, products, messages, campaigns and offerings to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives
- Oversee resource planning, project assignment, incentives and communications for the assigned team
- Monitor and analyze teams’ regular production on all levels including but not limited to call numbers, talk time, call quality, sales revenue, and productivity through reporting and call monitoring
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional
- Conduct selling efforts and customer presentations as needed
What We Need:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a business-to-business inside sales environment
- Minimum of four years full sales cycle experience, demonstrating a professional approach to close new business
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field
- Focused and results-oriented: ability to have your team complete target volume & quality of calls daily, both outbound and inbound
- Ability to make effective ‘cold’ calls and adapt approach to overcome typical challenges (gaining decision-maker, handling objections or indecisive clients); ability to sell & close sales over the phone)
- Demonstrated ability to coach teammates on improving sales techniques
- Demonstrated professional-managerial attitude, approach and creative problem solving-engaging staff to learn and improve
- Demonstrated integrity and work ethic: being on time, completing projects on time, communicating wisely and effectively, taking feedback and improving upon it
- Improvement and solution-oriented: makes suggestions for untapped & potential clients
- Eager to learn and can adapt/be creative in approach to meet different client needs and close the sale
- Demonstrate confidence (not arrogance), motivation (not aggressiveness), and professional demeanor
Desired Qualifications
- Sales management experience leading a team of individual contributors to success
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM for logging information and report analysis and creation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for clear and professional written communication
