About the Company:

We believe local commerce is the heartbeat of our communities, and we’re here to give merchants the tools and support they deserve to compete with the big players.
As we continue our growth, we’re expanding our team and are looking for motivated, people-focused, and results-driven contenders to join our operation. Localizing content for the Italian market: You will adapt global presentations, product documentation, and training materials to make them relevant, clear, and resonant for Italian merchants (using local examples, language, and case studies).
Building and maintaining our knowledge base: You will centralize processes, scripts, and best practices in a single repository, ensuring organization, clarity, and ease of search for all go-to-market teams.
Supporting team onboarding: You will contribute to creating checklists, training paths, and "30-60-90 day" plans for Sales, Partnerships, and Operations, accelerating the integration of new colleagues.
Standardizing processes: You will transform ad-hoc activities into clear, repeatable workflows, documenting steps such as lead qualification, demos, proposals, onboarding, and handovers to support.
Supporting tools, data, and reporting: You will help with CRM data cleaning, list management, and creating simple dashboards in Sheets/Slides; you will monitor funnel KPIs (leads, conversions, activations) and share insights with the GM and Sales Leads.
Collaborating on cross-functional projects: You will support the GM in preparing for meetings, summarizing decisions, following up on action items, and coordinating across functions (product, finance, customer support).
Conducting research, benchmarking, and analysis: You will gather competitor best practices and materials, performing simple analyses to improve playbooks, processes, and sales strategy.
You are currently enrolled in a degree program (or have recently graduated) in Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or similar disciplines.
