We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Hunter to join our growing team. This position is focused on converting leads into customers for a various set of employee benefits.
As an Inside Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.
You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and supporting the growth of the business. 

Responsabilities or “what you have to do”:
1)    Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify and engage with leads (by phone and email) generated from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and other sources. Convert leads into new business opportunities by effectively positioning our products to meet customer needs.
2)    Outbound Prospecting: Initiate and manage cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to identify potential prospects. Follow up and build relationships with decision-makers at target companies.
3)    Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and solutions. You’re able to easily tailor your presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective customers.
4)    Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and track sales activities in Salesforce (CRM system), ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and pipeline progression.
5)    Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business profitability.
6)    Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and farmer teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and ensure the ongoing success of customers post-sale.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven track record in inside sales, lead conversion, and closing deals, preferably within the HR or services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Benefits products and solutions or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • You’re proficient in both French and Dutch with a good level in English.
